Woofi and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Woofi believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Woofi and its subsidiaries.

Woofi usage of personal information that you may submit to Woofi through this Website is governed by the Woofi Privacy Policy.

Requests to change anything on the original order, no matter how simple or complex are the requests, are subjected to surcharges with different amounts than the ones shown on the website plus extra fees.

Roaming

Unlimited Talk, Text, and up to 5GB high-speed data in Mexico & Canada.

After 5GB of high-speed data, speeds up to 128Kbps.

Coverage not available in some areas; T-Mobile is not responsible for their partners’ networks.

Return Policy – Cancellation and refund

1. Non-activated sim cards

1.1 Woofi will cancel the order and refund the order amount deducting the shipping and handling costs plus USD per sim card, if the order was already shipped and it is within the delivery range contracted; when The Postal Service contracted is not able to deliver the order due to the following circumstances, but not only, wrong or insufficient address, postman not answered, order refused, not claimed, change of address, unknown, away, unknown address, etc.

1.2 Woofi will cancel the order and refund the total amount when The Postal Service did not deliver the order within the delivery range contracted.

All requests must be sent to [email protected] before the activation date informed on the order. All requests are subjected by approval.

2. Active sim cards

2.1 Woofi will refund the full amount ONLY WHEN the customer contacts our support team within 48 hours prior to activation stated in the SIM card order requesting cancellation.

All requests must be made by the client, giving Woofi permission to perform the deactivation and refund according to each third-party company involved.

Important!

Activation and deactivation of the sim cards will be conducted on Eastern Standard Time.
